The NCCA recommend a customer satisfaction report which we carry out to ensure that our customers have received the best service possible for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning and services associated to NCCA membership.

Here is a typical example of a 'carpet clean customer satisfaction report' received from Mr Crisford. The carpet cleaning provided was on 24th August 2010 and was also in association to insurance work where there had been a problem with Mr Crisfords' carpet.
